How QR For Events handles your data

QR For Events is a free platform for creating event invitations, Quick QR codes, barcodes, and Mini Mart storefronts. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used when you interact with the platform.
Event Data: When you create an event, share an event link, or create a Mini Mart storefront, the information you enter (event title, date, venue, descriptions, product details) is stored in our database to generate and display your content.
Access Codes: The access code you use is logged alongside your event or tool usage for tracking purposes.
View Counts: Shared event links track the number of times they are viewed. No personal information about the viewers is collected.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to collect standard usage metrics such as page views, session duration, and device type. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.
Visitor ID: A randomly generated visitor ID is assigned to associate your usage across sessions. This is not linked to any personal identity.
Event data and usage logs are stored securely with restricted access. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
QR codes and barcodes are generated entirely in your browser. The generated images are not uploaded to or stored on any server.

Each service is governed by its own privacy policy. No personal data is shared with these services beyond what is necessary for the specific feature to function.
When you create an Event Tickets campaign, ticket codes and redemption records are stored to enable validation at your venue. The QR scanner processes scans locally in your browser and sends only the ticket code to the server for validation.
Mini Mart storefronts store the product and store information you provide. If you enable Lead Capture or Ordering mode, visitor inquiries are handled via WhatsApp or email links that open on the visitor's device. No visitor contact information is collected or stored by the platform.
QR For Events is not directed at children under 13. The platform does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
