Content you create using our tools (QR codes, invitations, barcodes) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over event data or designs you produce using our service.
QR For Events is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the platform, including calendar files or QR codes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR For Events and You Are Invited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero for free users).
